Elections
Mayor Election
- The elections are conducted up to the last day of the month.
- All citizens (except those living in ARMFeld) are eligible to vote.
- Only citizens of the same home town may be voted for, including the voter himself/herself.
- With the command /vote NAME you register your vote in the database. You have to be in your home town at that time.
- During the month you can change your vote as often as you like. Only your most current vote will be counted.
- The votes are counted on the last day of the month at 22:00 server time. In some special cases, the elections end on a different day, an announcement will be made in the news.
- The citizen who received the highest number of votes is elected as mayor and appoints citizens as the remaining office bearers of his town.

Aldermann Election
- The elections are conducted up to the 14th of the month at 22:00 server time.
- All citizens of hanseatic cities are eligible to vote.
- All mayors of hanseatic cities, who activated their candidancies, may be elected.
- With the command /aldermann NAME you register your vote in the database.
- During the month you can change your vote as often as you like. Only your most current vote will be counted.
- Guild master may buy votes using the guild treasury. Each vote costs 1000 talers.
- The votes are counted on the 14th of the month at 22:00 server time.
- The mayor who received the highest number of votes is elected as Alderman. His deputy becomes the mayor of that town.

Currently no mayor runs for the office of Aldermann.
