In 3Chapters you become part of a mysterious fairy tale book. Choose your fairytale companions in Chapter I. Put them to the test in the trick-taking game in Chapter II and collect valuable points in Chapter III to complete your story.

Chapter I: Choose

Select 1 from 8 cards ( pull down). The remaining cards are passed in a clockwise direction.

You do this until you have chosen all seven cards.

When playing with three players - after everyone has chosen 4 cards - the ones that were not chosen are discarded and new ones are drawn. You then continue to choose until everyone has 8 cards each.

You generally evaluate card abilities once in Chapter II and once in Chapter III.

An exception is card abilities that have seals I or II. You only score such an ability in the corresponding chapter.

Chapter II: Play

Play any of them one after the other in a clockwise direction Hand card by pulling it up.

These cards together form the trick.

Whoever placed the highest value in the trick wins - and receives a star from the supply.

Then receives you the rewards for the abilities of the cards you have laid out.

Chapter III: Points

Evaluate the abilities of the cards you have laid out and receive the respective rewards. If there is a condition for the ability, it must be fulfilled.

Whoever then has the most crystals gets 4 additional crystals. If there are several of you, everyone involved in the tie will each receive 4 additional crystals.

In the board game world, the evaluation takes place automatically after the end of Chapter II. < /p>

Play with two people

If you play with two people, please note the following Changes:

In addition to you two, there are ghosts in Chapter II who "play along" with you.

In Chapter I, you both prepare a ghost pile when selecting cards.

< h4> Chapter I: Choose

Look at your eight hand cards. Choose two cards and place one of them in front of you as usual.

Push the other card up (arrow). There you form one of the two ghost piles. This creates two ghost stacks between the two of you.

Now swap the six remaining cards with each other. From these cards you choose one for yourself and one for the spirit.

Do this until you run out of cards. When choosing the cards, you can look at your own stack as usual, but not the ghost's.

You now receive eight more cards and repeat the process. After you have distributed all of these cards, the face-down ghost piles are shuffled.

Chapter II Play

You play one card each in a clockwise direction as usual. When it is a ghost's turn, the top card of the respective ghost pile is placed face-up in the trick.

Then use the abilities of the card you played as usual. To fulfill any conditions, pay attention to the cards of the two spirits.

The ghosts' card abilities and attributes are scored, but they do not receive any point markers.

Whoever has the highest value in has played the trick, begins the next trick. If this is one of the ghosts, this starts.
